The Consulting approach will allow moving forward short term actions and getting things done.  Consulting is rational and the intervention is organized via a specific project.  The objective is to get short term results taking into account the emotions, the behavior and the relationship between people.


Is working towards a longer term result.  It is a process with the active participation of the top executive.  The main requirement for effective executive coaching is the creation of a “safe space” which is the basis for a relationship of mutual trust and respect. It is the task of the coach to understand the real messages of the client and to understand the underlying emotions.  A coach has to be aware not to take action based on rational facts.  A coach carries out a psychological and participative investigation of the behaviour of the executive.
