What does FOCUS do

Focus helps top executives in the development of their strategy, their strategic plan and its implementation.  Our major concern is the personal coaching of the CEO and/or its management team. In order to realize the strategy very often it is necessary to adapt the organization and to realize changes to get there.

During his whole career as CFO, COO, CEO, consultant and Partner of Ernst & Young Jo Sanders has developed a broad experience with larger and family owned companies which all had one characteristic in common: they  were compelled by the market and competitors to implement serious changes and to innovate their business concepts. Thanks to all these different strategic change projects Jo Sanders understands how to drive change and transitions in difficult and complex situations (repositioning, restructuring, mergers, ...). He has a good feeling for the reactions of people and understands what is feasible.  He understands complex situations, discovers possible conflicts of interest and helps different parties to come to a consensus.
